Patricia Hammar is a renowned expert on the legal basis for interagency information sharing, information management, and information access control, as well as on matters of policy implementation. She is the founder and CEO of PKH Enterprises, which has developed integrated and strategic business plans and led team projects to support high-priority offices within the Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Treasury Department, and the Department of Justice. She is knowledgeable about a wide range of transportation, security, and IT issues including advanced technology, infrastructure protection, counterterrorism, risk management, and information system security.

 

Prior to founding PKH, Patricia served as Vice President for Corporate Development and General Counsel for a Fortune 1000 company that specializes in the development of information solutions. She served as a Special assistant within the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration.

 

Patricia Hammar received her B.S. in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received both a J.D. and MPA from the University of Baltimore. Professional affiliations include membership in the Maryland, District of Columbia, and Virginia Bars.
